Eligibility Requirements

Be a first-time homebuyer.
Purchase a primary residence within Pima County.
Property must be a single-family home, townhome, or a detached or attached 1-unit residence.
You must be employed or have a consistent income source for at least the past two years.
Your total, yearly household income must be at or below $100,000 (110% below area median income).
