Simple Mortgage New

Our new Simple Mortgage product is the perfect solution for those looking for a more custom term and payment when considering a home loan refinance. Available terms range from 5 – 15 years with a minimum loan amount of $10,000. Plus, closing costs are covered by the credit union. If an appraisal is required (depending on the amount requested and loan to value), the member is responsible for covering that cost. Helpful Home Buying Tips 




*Home loans are subject to normal credit approval and acceptable loan to value. To qualify for 100% financing of the home’s appraised value, you must have a minimum credit score of 720, a maximum debt-to-income ratio of 43%, and a maximum loan amount of $647,200. Other home loan programs with different qualifying parameters are available. Membership required – based on eligibility.
1Float Down Program criteria is as follows: have made at least six payments on home loan; all payments have been made on time; have not previously requested a float down or other type of modification and have not requested any type of workout or forbearance plan; and, have had no bankruptcy filings after your original application date. No income documentation or credit check required. Maturity date stays the same. Will not have to establish a new Escrow Account. No refinance costs such as appraisal fees, title policy, escrow fees, or recording costs. A $500 modification fee must be paid prior to the rate float down being processed.
